God set up a system that enabled sin to corrupt it

In the bible, God blames man for sin entering his creation and corrupting everything. However if something is made perfectly (All God’s works are perfect) there can be no possibility of it ever becoming corrupted. The only way it can become corrupted by sin is if the system was deliberately set up so that it COULD become corrupted by sin.
