God’s methods are so primitive and barbaric

There is no doubt by reading the bible that God’s methods are very primitive and/or barbaric.

1)       He demands blood sacrifices for atonement for sin.

2)       He wipes out cities using disasters to kill the inhabitants.

3)       His preferred method of punishment is death or curses

4)       He created Hell to burn up all the people who don’t worship him.

5)       He requires worship

Oh and this one…

He uses a BOOK (The Lamb’s book of Life) to keep track of who are saved and who are not!

Why not a Lamb’s Database of Life?

The bible talks about the Lambs' Book of Life. If we accept Jesus as our saviour, our name gets entered into the book of life so that God will know who is naughty and who is nice. Hmmmm, even Santa doesn’t need a book to know that!

God, who claims to know us so well that he even knows the numbers of hairs on our heads (Luke 12:7), needs a book to remind him of whether we are worthy to kiss his butt for all eternity.

And why use something as old fashioned as a book? Surely even 7000 years ago God would have used something a lot more advanced, probably even more advanced than today’s computers! 

Imagine if the bible had told us that God stored this information in a tablet that omits light in the form of words and images? It would certainly do wonders for the bible’s credibility!

Reason 55: God created a place to torture all those who do not believe and worship him

Reason 57: God choosing to remain undetectable looks way too much like a non-existent God
